Thinking about adding a Shenhe resin statue to your collection? This FAQ covers scale, shipping, pickup discounts, and what to expect from Starry Sky Studio's 1/7 scale piece.
Quick answer
The Starry Sky Studio 1/7 scale Shenhe statue is a resin collectible currently in stock with included international and domestic shipping. You can also save $30 by picking it up in store.
What makes this Shenhe statue different from other Genshin figures?
This piece is a resin statue, not a PVC action figure. Resin allows for finer detail, sharper lines, and a heavier feel, but it is also more fragile and less poseable. The 1/7 scale puts it at about 8.2 cm tall, 20.7 cm wide, and 18.8 cm deep — a compact display size that fits well on a shelf or desk without overwhelming your space.
Because it is a pre-painted resin statue, you won't need to assemble or paint anything. The trade-off is that resin statues typically cost more than mass-produced PVC figures, and they require careful handling during setup.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does shipping take?
- The statue ships from the logistic center within 30-40 days after you place the order. This is the current processing time for in-stock items.
- Can I pick it up in store to save money?
- Yes. If you select in-store pickup, you will receive a $30 refund after picking up the statue. This effectively lowers the price to around $217.79. Check if the store is within a reasonable distance before selecting this option.
- What scale is this Shenhe statue?
- It is a 1/7 scale resin statue. The dimensions are 8.2 cm (H) x 18.8 cm (D) x 20.7 cm (W). The compact height means it won't tower over other 1/7 figures, but the base width is generous.
- Is this a pre-order or ready to ship?
- This is an in-stock item ready to ship. Once you order, the logistic center processes it for dispatch within the 30-40 day window. There is no indefinite pre-order wait.
- What material is the statue made of?
- It is a resin statue. Resin captures fine detail well, but it is more brittle than PVC. Handle the statue by its base when moving it, and keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Display on a stable surface away from edges to reduce the risk of accidental knocks.
