A practical FAQ on the PIJI Studio NINE PVC figure: shipping quotes, the 41.3 cm size, display planning, and what the licensed label actually means for buyers.

Quick answer

Buy the PIJI Studio NINE PVC figure if you can plan for a 41.3 cm tall display and a separate shipping quote; skip it if you need a final landed cost at checkout. The licensed original design and PVC material make it a lower-risk entry than unlicensed resin, but the warehouse-in-stock timeline still requires patience.

Why the shipping quote changes the real price

The catalog price of USD 159.36 does not include international or domestic shipping. The store quotes shipping only after the product reaches its logistics center, so your total cost is unknown until that quote arrives. For a 41.3 cm figure, dimensional weight often matters more than actual weight, so the quote can vary more than buyers expect from a PVC release. Budget a buffer and treat the listed price as a product cost, not a delivered cost.

What 'licensed original' means for this figure

The product is listed as PIJI Studio's Original - Artist Design, character NINE, and marked Licensed. That means the design is the studio's own rather than a reproduction of an existing anime character, and the licensed label refers to the studio's authorization for that original work. It does not imply a connection to any anime series, so display it as a standalone art piece rather than part of a franchise shelf.

Where the 41.3 cm height causes problems

At H41.3CM, NINE sits in the same height range as many 1/6 and 1/7 scale figures but with an original silhouette you cannot preview against official anime art. Measure shelf clearance, not just shelf width, and check whether a detolf-style cabinet can fit the figure with its base. PVC is lighter and more forgiving than resin, but a tall figure still tips if the base is narrow or the shelf is bumped.

PIJI Studio NINE buying FAQ

When will I know the total cost?: Only after the figure arrives at the logistics center and the store sends a shipping quote. The catalog price covers the product alone; domestic and international shipping are excluded. Set aside a shipping budget before ordering so the quote does not force a cancellation.
Is this a scale figure or an original design?: It is an original artist design by PIJI Studio, not a scale reproduction of a licensed anime character. The listing marks it Licensed, which covers the studio's own work. Display it as a standalone piece; do not expect it to match a specific anime cast.
What space should I prepare?: The figure is H41.3CM. Measure vertical clearance in your cabinet and confirm the base footprint fits your shelf depth before it ships. If your cabinet has less than about 45 cm of internal height, choose open shelving instead.
Why is the catalog price lower than the comparison price?: The listing shows a catalog comparison price of USD 249.00 against the current USD 159.36 catalog price. That difference is a product-price comparison, not a shipping discount. Compare the product price only; shipping is quoted separately either way.
What if I need a final price before paying?: This listing cannot give you one. The shipping quote arrives after the product reaches the logistics center, and you pay shipping before dispatch. If a fixed landed cost is a hard requirement, this warehouse-in-stock format is the wrong fit.
