A closed pre-order for the PP Studio War Greymon statue doesn't mean the listing is dead. Here's what the status means and how to decide if it's still worth pursuing.

Quick answer

A closed pre-order means the manufacturer's order window has ended, so new reservations are no longer accepted. For the PP Studio War Greymon statue, that means you can't lock in a unit through the normal pre-order flow, and any remaining availability depends on cancellations or secondary stock.

Why the closed status matters for this specific statue

The PP Studio War Greymon statue is a resin piece with a listed global production run, and the pre-order window for the 2026 Q2 phase has closed. Once a resin statue's order period ends, the manufacturer typically stops producing additional units, so the total supply is effectively fixed. That makes the closed status more consequential than it would be for an open pre-order item that will restock.

Because shipping is quoted only after the product reaches the logistics center, the final delivered cost isn't known at checkout. That's a separate consideration from the closed status, but it affects whether a remaining unit is worth pursuing.

What you can realistically do now

Closed pre-orders sometimes reopen briefly if the manufacturer extends the window or if enough cancellations free up units. Check the product page periodically rather than assuming the listing is permanently inactive. If the page still accepts an inquiry or waitlist, use it; if not, your options narrow to secondary sellers or waiting for a future re-release, which isn't guaranteed.

Be cautious with secondary listings that claim to have 'confirmed' stock for a closed resin statue. Without a verifiable allocation, you may be paying a markup for a unit the seller doesn't actually hold.

FAQ: War Greymon statue and closed pre-orders

Does 'pre-order closed' mean the statue is sold out?: Not necessarily. It means the order window has ended, so the store can't take new reservations. Some units may still exist through cancellations or secondary channels, but there's no guarantee.
Can I still get the PP Studio War Greymon statue?: Check the product page for any waitlist or inquiry option. If none exists, your realistic path is a reputable secondary seller or waiting for a possible future release, which isn't confirmed. Set a reminder to recheck the listing rather than assuming it's gone for good.
Why isn't shipping included in the price?: For this statue, international and domestic shipping are quoted only after the product reaches the logistics center. That's common for large resin pieces where final packaging and destination affect cost. Ask for an estimated shipping range before committing if the seller can provide one.
Is the 40 cm size a problem for display?: At 40 cm high and 27 cm in both width and depth, it needs a shelf with enough depth and height clearance. Measure your space before buying, especially if you use a detolf-style cabinet.
Should I pay a markup for a 'confirmed' secondary unit?: Only if the seller can show a verifiable allocation or order confirmation. Closed resin statues attract speculative listings, and without proof you're taking on risk. Treat any secondary offer without documentation as unverified.
